keep your eye on that thing!
been watching a fair bit of Jonny Lang lately.
was one of the guitarists i listened to when i was 18 perhaps, and then he disappeared off the face of the earth after 2000 i think. well, before leaving, he left us with 3 marvelous albums, and i own one of them only. anyhow, my interest in him resurfaced when i heard the awesome collaboration between Joss Stone, Herbie Hancock and himself covering the classic "When Love Comes To Town". He's got a voice that supercedes his age and probably one of the most intense and passionate performers i've seen in awhile. hope you enjoy the video, the quality is lacking, but somehow the sheer rawness of his performance and gutsy guitar solo continue to shine through. -)
